Steve Baumgartner has a long history of fulfilling needs.
Prior to entering the real estate field Steve represented some
the top technology firms in the area in implementing technologies.
Then, as now, Steve used a consultative approach with his clients,
understanding their requirements, then helping the craft a
satisfactory solution. In his real estate business, Steve uses
his problem-solving skills, strategic planning ability and market
knowledge to uncompromisingly negotiate on behalf of his clients.
By treating his clients with honesty, compassion
and using a creative approach to the buying and selling process,
Steve has accomplished the goals of many. Having grown up in
Montgomery County, Steve makes his home in North Potomac with
his wife, Anne, and two young daughters. |
